Barrett Williamson provided extensive rehabilitation on the original Dining Hall and Staff Quarters for Pawnee Nation College. Improvements included new roofing, historic window repair, repair of the “sleeping porch” and a new exterior fire stair at the rear entrance. Historic wall, ceiling, and floor finishes were retained and repaired. A significant amount of interior demolition to previous remodel projects was done, including all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems installed.
