The Baptist building was originally constructed in 1949 and underwent an major expansion in 1967.  It is undergoing a complete replacement of new mechanical, electrical, plumbing and technology systems, in addition to rehabilitation of all of the character-defining spaces such as Lobby, elevators and remaining historic office finishes form the 1949 construction.
